Courses
Tuition is non-refundable for in-person and virtual courses in Brain Frames, Unlocking Sentences, and EmPOWER. If you enroll in a course and find that you cannot start or complete it due to unforeseen events, please contact us. We will defer you to a course that starts at a later date.
Live webinars
Cancellations received by Vivido 15+ days prior to our live webinars will be issued a refund, less a $25 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 14 days of a live webinar.
Though we make every effort to conduct live webinars as scheduled, Vivido reserves the right to cancel a scheduled live webinar. In the event of a cancellation, all registered participants will be notified and issued a full refund.
Vivido is not liable for any expenses incurred by participants due to cancellations.
Virtual Learning
No refunds will be issued for recorded Virtual Learning products regardless of when the cancellation request is received.
Merchandise
Merchandise purchased by you is non refundable. In the event that merchandise is damaged in transit, please send a picture of the damaged items to [email protected] with a request for replacement. If deemed eligible for a replacement, Vivido will pay for the cost of shipping to return damaged items and issue a replacement.
Our courses may contain links to third-party websites, applications, content, and services (“third-party materials”). These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement of their contents. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or privacy protection practices of any linked third-party materials, If you decide to access linked third-party materials, you do so at your own risk.
Vivido’s courses and virtual offerings are hosted by Thinkific.com, Slack, and other third party applications. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Vivido reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
International enrollments in any course that requires printed materials to be shipped to you will incur a surcharge for Shipping and Handling.
Orders for merchandise purchased from Vivido are processed by Shopify and are subject to shipping rates set by Shopify and its third party carriers (e.g., USPS, DHL, UPS). We accept online merchandise orders for shipment only within the United States. To place an order for international shipping, please contact us at [email protected] or +1 (781) 410-4404. International orders will incur additional shipping costs.
The risk of loss and title for merchandise ordered online pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
You are responsible for entering accurate personal and shipping information for merchandise orders placed through our online store. A $25 processing fee will be assessed for refunds requested when a customer incorrectly places an order.
The content on vividolearning.com has been compiled from many sources and is subject to change without notice, as is the content within Vivido’s products and services. You assume the risk that you may deem Vivido’s content to be inaccurate, incomplete, personally offensive, or inadequate in meeting your personal needs or standards. Vivido specifically disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement with respect to content.

All trademarks not owned by Vivido that appear on its website are the property of their respective owners, who may not be associated with Vivido.
All text, photographs, videos, and other submissions submitted or offered by you in connection with your use of Vivido’s website or affiliate websites (collectively, “Submissions”) will be the exclusive property of Vivido. Unless otherwise prohibited by law or our Privacy Policy, Vivido may use, sell, disclose, or modify Submissions in any manner, including any public manner, without restriction, compensation or attribution to you. Vivido is not obligated to retain, publish, or use your Submissions in any manner. You represent and warrant that, unless expressly noted by you when you make the Submission, all Submissions are your original creations, that you have all rights to them, and that they do not infringe or violate the rights of any party, including without limitation any intellectual property rights or rights of privacy or publicity.
The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Service and any dispute that might arise between you and Vivido, LLC.
Vivido reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and your use of our website, products, and services indicates your consent to the privacy practices and terms posted at the time of use.
Without your consent, we will not use your previously collected personal information in a manner materially different than represented at the time it was collected. To the extent that any provision of our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service is found by a competent tribunal to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed to the extent necessary for the remainder to be valid and enforceable.
